Mixed Media art is perfect for exploring what’s around me, my garden, my home, the trappings of  life; collecting experiences, impressions as I travel  from day to day.  I like to portray the tranquility of the garden, the messiness, colour and differing shapes of the plants, combining them with the straight lines and edges of  architectural structures .

My work is composed of various layers, be it a monoprint or a mixed media piece, one layer laid on top of another to  give depth and richness.
